Our fabrication expertise spans light-gauge sheet to heavy plate for structural and enclosure work. We apply proven procedures and tight process control to every joint and bend, ensuring parts locate, align, and assemble correctly the first time.- Materials: Carbon & Alloy Steels, Stainless (300/400), Aluminum, Galv, and select alloys
- Cutting: CNC plasma, oxy-fuel, saw, notch, coping
- Forming: Press brake forming, rolling, hemming, jogs, and flanges
- Welding: MIG & TIG for sheet, plate, and tube; fixture-based assemblies
- Finishes: Bead blast, polish, and coordination of powder coat, paint, zinc/black oxide, passivation
- Tolerances: Typical ±1/32" fabrication; tighter on request with inspection
- Documentation: Weld maps, WPS compliance, and First Article Inspection (FAI) as needed
