Manual & CNC Metal Fabrication
From precision brackets to heavy-duty frames—prototype to production with repeatable quality.
Legacy Welding & Fabrication builds metal parts and assemblies that fit, function, and last. We combine skilled fabricators with CNC equipment to cut, form, weld, and finish your components to spec. Whether you need a single custom guard or a scheduled run of enclosures, our processes deliver clean edges, accurate bends, and assemblies that bolt up without rework.
Manual Fabrication
Ideal for one-offs, repairs, and complex fit-ups that demand hands-on craftsmanship.
- Layout, fitting, and tack with jigs/fixtures for accuracy
- Shear/saw/drill operations and hardware installation
- Custom guards, handrails, platforms, brackets, and frames
- On-the-fly adjustments to meet real-world conditions
CNC Fabrication
Consistent, efficient production of intricate profiles and repeatable bends.
- CNC plasma cutting with nested programs for material yield
- Precision press brake forming with documented bend data
- Tubing, plate, and sheet workflows for complex assemblies
- Integrated MIG/TIG welding for turnkey parts

Quality You Can Trust
We build with fixturing, bend allowances, and controlled heat input to preserve flatness and geometry. Critical features are verified at setup, in-process, and final inspection. Expect clean cuts, accurate bends, square frames, and welds that look as good as they perform—parts that assemble smoothly and survive the field.Materials & Capabilities
Our fabrication expertise spans light-gauge sheet to heavy plate for structural and enclosure work. We apply proven procedures and tight process control to every joint and bend, ensuring parts locate, align, and assemble correctly the first time.- Materials: Carbon & Alloy Steels, Stainless (300/400), Aluminum, Galv, and select alloys
- Cutting: CNC plasma, oxy-fuel, saw, notch, coping
- Forming: Press brake forming, rolling, hemming, jogs, and flanges
- Welding: MIG & TIG for sheet, plate, and tube; fixture-based assemblies
- Finishes: Bead blast, polish, and coordination of powder coat, paint, zinc/black oxide, passivation
- Tolerances: Typical ±1/32" fabrication; tighter on request with inspection
- Documentation: Weld maps, WPS compliance, and First Article Inspection (FAI) as needed
